NTB SpecPro brings inspection, records and reporting for special processes into one mobile app (Android) with a web app for the computer. AI reads your drawings, certificates and reports to fill in the forms, estimates dimensions from a photo and flags likely defects; evaluation support follows international standards. The app supports; the final judgement always stays with the responsible engineer.
Works offline
Photos, inspection records and reports stay on the device, unless you ask for an AI second opinion on a photo; then only that photo is sent to generate the answer and is not stored by us. Our servers keep account and licence data only.

AI that does the paperwork
Photograph a drawing, certificate or furnace chart and the form fills itself; the camera gives an approximate dimension without a reference card. An optional AI assistant answers technical questions and gives a second opinion on a photo. It is off by default and can be switched off at any time.

Each module is licensed separately, monthly or yearly (two months free on yearly plans), as an Individual plan (one user, one device) or a Company plan (priced per user, minimum five users, each with their own account and device). International pricing is available on request.

Privacy notice (summary)
Controller: NTB SpecPro Mühendislik Yazılım San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Ankara, Türkiye (company registration in progress; full details will be added once it is complete), info@ntbspecpro.com. If you are in the EU, you may also contact us at info@ntbspecpro.com for any GDPR request; we answer within one month. NTB SpecPro (ntbspecpro.com) processes the name and e-mail address you enter in the contact form only to inform you about product availability, on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698). Data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the EU (eur3) and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is kept until you withdraw consent or for at most 24 months. You can withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to info@ntbspecpro.com, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. By default the application works on your device: photos, inspection records and reports stay there. Data leaves your device only when you use a feature that needs it, for example sending a record to your company ERP, a quality-management document check, a technical question, or the optional AI features below. If you switch on the optional AI assistant or ask for a second opinion on a photo, only that question, document text or photo is sent to Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate the answer; Anthropic processes it solely on our behalf, does not use it to train its models; we do not store it, and Anthropic may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only. This transfer to the USA is based on your consent and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The assistant is off by default and can be switched off at any time.
Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; the data is transferred to Google (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, kept for 14 months and not used for advertising. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings”.
