What is inside?
If measurements on the same part are drifting towards the tolerance limit, if the soak margin in a furnace cycle is shrinking, or if scrap at one station is higher than at the others, it is brought to you as an early warning of a likely defect. An instrument approaching its calibration date, a late job and a missing document are on the same list. The AI suggests the possible cause; the assessment is yours.
The recorder readings are compared with the target temperature band; the time spent in the band is compared with the required soak time and flagged if it falls short.
Which part was treated in which charge, in which furnace, on which date comes up with one click.
No result is recorded in the laboratory with an instrument past its calibration; a warning is given in production, and an out-of-service instrument cannot be selected.
Hardness and mechanical test results are compared with the limits you enter.
The dispatch, return and certificate of a part sent out are tracked.

From the ERP tab in the NTB SpecPro phone app you enter a defect record, start and finish a work order, photograph a document; the authorised person sees early warnings and live charts on the phone.
