EYDEP (Industrial Capability Assessment and Support Program) is a supplier capability assessment programme used by Turkish industry; it assesses supplier capability with a common method. The aim is that a company's capability can be seen through a single assessment, instead of each prime contractor auditing the same supplier separately.
Why it matters
- When suppliers are selected for projects, the company's capability level is taken into account.
- A good result opens the door to new work and project opportunities.
- Weaknesses seen during the assessment become a roadmap for the company's improvement plan.

What does the assessment look at?
EYDEP does not look at a single document but at how the company is managed as a whole. It examines whether areas such as the quality management system, production and process capability, human resources, the supply chain and continuous improvement actually work, and whether that can be shown with records.
Which of these is in your records?
Knowing the list is easy. The real question is which one is missing from your own records. These gaps slip past when files are read by eye, and auditors look for them first. Upload your quality documents to NTB SpecPro and quickly see which points may carry risk, the likely reason and a suggestion.
Start with a self-assessment
The NTB SpecPro EYDEP module reviews the documents you upload for self-assessment and shows where your system needs improvement. You can also request an Expert review from our process quality engineer.
