- Errors are seen early. Material about to expire, an instrument past its calibration date or a late job comes to you before it becomes a problem.

What does it not change?
The AI does not make decisions. It evaluates, compares and warns; the final evaluation and approval stay with the authorised person. Process knowledge keeps its importance too: engineering knowledge defines what the AI looks at.

Where does my data go? That depends on the package you choose. In systems installed on the company's own server, with the AI also running in-house, data does not leave the company. In systems whose AI runs externally, the privacy notice must state what is sent where.
What if the AI reads something wrong? That is why there is human approval. The ERP prepares a draft; a person checks and saves it.
